sCUBAOPOLY DAY

March 2007:
Please join us for the Chandler Jackson Scubaopoly Day for Scuba Divers and non Scuba Divers hosted by Michael Tyzbir, owner of Blue Dolphin Scuba.  Chandler was a certified diver at age 11 by Blue Dolphin Scuba. Next to baseball, Chandler loved  being in his wet suit ready to dive.

When: Sunday, March 18
Time: 9 AM – 2 PM
Where: The Colony Aquatic Park at 5550 N. Colony Blvd. in The Colony
What: ScubaOpoly & Chili Cook Off for The Chandler Jackson Youth  Foundation
Who: Divers and Non-divers. Anyone who cares to make a difference in  helping a young person’s life.
Cost: No Entrance Fee – the Colony Aquatic Park has generously donated the use of their pool.
Why: To raise money for The Chandler Jackson Youth Foundation and have fun doing something completely different and rewarding.
How: Four Players will be on 4 teams. Each team player can play for 30-60 min at a time depending on how many are waiting to play. The game will end at 1:30 p.m. The team with the most value, in houses, hotels and cash will be the winner. The members of the winning team will receive vendor-donated prizes plus 10 entries for a chance to win prizes on our Grand Opening day, coming in a few weeks. Grand Opening prizes include an Aqua Lung Mistral Regular, Jimmy Buffet Tickets for the April Jimmy buffet concert in Frisco (sold out), and bunches of other stuff.

Bring your Chili (BDS gift certificate for winner of best chili), dive gear, swim suit, donation, and family and friends for a great day at the pool. Tanks and Weights for our players are free. Other rental gear for the event will be 50% off. Please consider donating the other half to the Foundation on behalf of some very needy boys and girls.

Non Divers will have the same opportunity to play ScubaOpoly. We will offer FREE DSD for anyone not certified but would like to play. To qualify for the free Discover Scuba Diving, you must be at least 12 years young, fill out some important paper work, pass a medical questionnaire and understand the playing rules.  The DSD will take place promptly at 9 AM so as to have plenty of time to enter the games. We must have an RSVP before game day.
